§ 50-43. Violations.

(a)

The following shall be considered a violation of this Ordinance:

(1)

The Certificate Holder or any officer, director or employee of Certificate Holder fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Ordinance or F.S. ch. 401, or F.A.C. ch. 64J-1, or willfully or knowingly violates any of the provisions of this Ordinance or F.S. ch. 401 or F.A.C. ch. 64J-1.

(2)

The Applicant for a Certificate omits or falsely states a material fact.

(b)

Each instance of a violation is a separate offense.
