§ 50-35. Application Fees/Review.

(a)

Each Application, initial or renewal, shall be accompanied by an investigative and processing fee, established by County resolution, which shall be nonrefundable.

(b)

Within 30 days of receipt of an Application, initial or renewal, the DOH-Sarasota shall review and investigate the Application and accompanying required documents and provide the applicant a list of Application deficiencies that must be corrected in order to continue the processing of the Application.

(c)

Upon the filing of a complete Application, initial or renewal, a copy of each Application shall be transmitted to each municipality and hospital within the County for comment. Upon the filing of a complete Application, each current Certificate Holder shall be notified of a new Application filing.

(d)

The DOH-Sarasota may require further investigation, inspection or additional information as it deems necessary.
