§ 38-331. Notice to Purchaser.

(a)

Property owner must comply with Section 163.08(14) regarding providing a written disclosure statement to a prospective purchaser.

(b)

Failure to provide the notice referenced above to a purchaser of the Property shall have no effect on either the validity of any PACE Assessment or any obligation of a Property owner.
