§ 38-201. Establishment of the Housing and Community Development Fund Program.

There shall be a Housing and Community Development Fund Program for the purpose of providing funds to promote community and economic development, including the development of quality affordable housing, infrastructure improvements, and local jobs.

Ord. No. 2014-002, § 1, adopted Jan. 28, 2014, repealed the former § 38-201, and enacted a section as set out herein. The former § 38-201 pertained to establishment of the community housing fund program and derived from Ord. No. 2007-016, § 2, adopted Jan. 10, 2007.
