§ 2-314. Official original Records; admissibility in evidence.

  • The certified small-scale reproductions, either positive or negative, shall be deemed the official original Records for all purposes and shall have the same force and effect at law as the original Records, and a photostatic copy, photographic reproduction, transcript or exemplified copy of any enlarged portion thereof shall be deemed to be a photostatic copy, photographic reproduction, transcript or exemplified copy of the original Record, and when duly certified by the officer having custody of the certified small-scale reproduction shall be acceptable in all courts and administrative agencies.
