For the purposes of this division the word "Records" shall mean and include all public
or office Records, documents and Exhibits of any kind whatsoever, including written
matter in printing or typewriting, or by pen or pencil or any other method, and also
photographs, blueprints, plans, drawings and diagrams, and the word "Exhibit" shall
include anything filed in evidence in any court case.
