§ 70-133. Intent.

The purpose of this road impact fee mitigation program is to further the County's economic development goals and objectives as found in the Economy Element of the Sarasota County Comprehensive Plan (APOXSEE) and in the Sarasota County Economic Development Plan. It is also the intent of this article to maintain the integrity of the County's road improvement program by ensuring that all road impact fees that are mitigated are replaced by an alternate source of revenue.
