§ 38-245. Effective Date.

Latest version.

This article shall become effective on August 25, 2010, only if approved by a "yes" vote by a majority of those voting on the question posed at the August 24, 2010 referendum. If a majority of those voting on the question posed do not vote "yes", this article shall be null and void.
