§ 38-61. Legislative authority.

This article is enacted pursuant to the authority granted to the several counties in this State in the Florida Housing Finance Authority Law, Laws of Fla. ch. 78-69, codified as F.S. § 159.601 et seq., hereinafter also referred to as the "act."
