§ 2-352. Enforcement of Codes by other means.

Enforcement pursuant to this article is an additional and supplemental means of enforcing the Sarasota County Code and may be used for the enforcement of the Sarasota County Code. Nothing herein shall be construed to limit the authority of the County to enforce the Sarasota County Code by any other means, or to simultaneously pursue any other available remedy until the violation is corrected.
