§ 26-89. Notice.

Any notice required or furnished under this article may be accomplished by sending a written notification by certified mail or personal delivery to the business address of the Commercial Establishment. Said mailing address shall be considered the correct mailing address unless the Sarasota County Development Services Business Center is otherwise notified in writing by certified mail.
