§ 26-86. Applicability.

This article shall apply to all existing and future Commercial Establishments operating within unincorporated Sarasota County; provided, however, that any Commercial Establishment lawfully operating on the effective date of this article shall be permitted to continue for a period not to exceed ten years from the effective date of this article unless sooner discontinued for a period of 90 days or more, in which case any subsequent use of the Commercial Establishment shall conform to the provisions of this article.
