§ 22-35. Provisions deleted and omitted from the Standard Building Code, 1997 Edition.

The following provisions are hereby deleted in their entirety and omitted from the Standard Building Code, 1997 Edition, as adopted by this article:
(1)

Sections 102.2.2, 102.2.3 and 102.2.4;

(2)

Section 110;

(3)

Chapter 11 Accessibility For People with Physical Disabilities; and

(4)

Chapter 13 Energy Conservation.

(5)

Section 104.1.1, Minor Repairs. Ordinary minor repairs may be made with the approval of the Building Official without a permit, provided that such repairs shall not violate any of the provisions of the technical codes.
