§ 18-68. Applicable aircraft users.

  • (a)

    Only aircraft that possess a certificate of airworthiness issued by the United States or appropriate foreign government will be allowed to use the airport.

    (b)

    Any flying device or method that does not adhere to the previous restriction is not allowed on the airport. This includes, but is not limited to, gliders, hot air balloons, para-sails, ultralight vehicles, skydiving activities or similar aviation activities or other modes of flight.
