§ 18-64. Fees required.

There is hereby established both an aircraft tiedown fee, which shall be applicable to each aircraft remaining on Buchan Airport, and an airport user fee for aircraft accessing Buchan Airport from off-site locations. Off-site locations, as used herein, shall refer to any geographic location other than the specific airport property.
