§ 18-62. Commercial activity at Buchan Airport.

Commercial activities prohibited by this article shall include any activities taking place on or adjacent to the field or operating from the field, for a fee value or charge, whether direct or indirect. This includes but is not limited to the maintenance or restoration of any aircraft, flying lessons, skydiving lessons or the selling of airplane, ultralight vehicle or light aircraft rides, and all other commercial activities not exempt.
