§ 126-209. Funds of the districts.

Latest version.

Funds for each District shall be accounted for separately from other funds of the utility, the County or other Districts. No funds of any District shall be used for any purposes other than those authorized by this article and which the County may from time to time determine to be in the best interest of the District.
