§ 126-206. Governing body.

The governing body of each District established pursuant to this article shall be the Board, which shall meet from time to time as the Board may determine. Notice of such meeting shall be published in a newspaper of general paid circulation as required by general law. The Governing Body may adjourn any such meeting to a subsequent fixed time and date. The Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners shall be the clerk to the Governing Body of each District established hereunder and shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Governing Body and all records of each District.
