§ 126-204. Authorization of potable water and/or sewer districts

Pursuant to the provisions of F.S. § 125.01(1)(q) and (r), the Sarasota County Charter and other applicable law, the Board hereby authorizes the establishment of Potable Water and/or Sewer Districts by ordinance within any part or all of the unincorporated areas of Sarasota County, Florida, in accordance with the provisions of this article.
