§ 126-203. Purpose and intent.

(a)

The purpose and intent of this article is to establish a Program by which the Board on its own initiative or citizen groups, by petition, may request the Board to construct and install central water and/or sewer facilities to provide such utility services to designated geographic areas.

(b)

It is the further intent of this article that, upon Board direction, Potable Water and/or Sewer Districts will be established by ordinance and properties within those Districts shall be assessed for the Costs associated with the construction of the potable water distribution and/or sewer collection system facilities.
