§ 126-125. Rates, fees and charges—Nonprofit Corporation Public Utility.

The rates, fees and charges for every Public Utility owned and operated by a Nonprofit Corporation shall be determined in accordance with Sections 126-121 through 126-129, as applicable. In making its determination for rates for Nonprofit Corporations, the Board shall authorize rates that provide funds which, with other funds available for such purposes, are sufficient at all times to pay the costs of maintaining, repairing, replacing and operating the system, including reserves for such purposes, and to pay the principal and the interest on loans for the construction or replacement of the Public Water or Wastewater System as the same shall become due, and to fund reserves therefor, and to provide a margin for safety for making such payments.
