§ 110-531. Claims against the district.

No suit or action or proceeding shall be instituted or maintained in any court against the district or the governing body, or any member of the governing body, for or upon any claim, right or demand, unless claimant has complied with the Sarasota County Claims Ordinance, being Ordinance No. 75-25, as same may be from time to time amended.
