§ 10-6. Permit review.

(a)

Upon submission of a complete application for an event permit under Section 10-4, the County administrator or designee shall have 30 days to either approve or reject the permit application. A permit application shall be rejected unless the applicant makes an affidavit swearing that all of the itemized requirements of Section 10-4 will be met.

(b)

Denial of a permit application shall constitute final agency action such that the denial can be appealed to the circuit court.
